Physician practices face many complex business issues on a daily basis that not only impact the present health and harmony of the practice, but also affect the practice’s ability to reach its long term goals and remain viable in this ever-changing environment.  Cadence Practice Management, LLC was formed to fill the needs of those physician practices that are facing complex business challenges, but lack the time and/or internal expertise needed to address those challenges timely and effectively.  Our goal is to provide practices access to all of the experience of a seasoned practice manager with experience managing multiple physician groups, but at a fraction of the cost that it would take for the practice to locate and hire a professional with the equivalent level of knowledge and expertise.  The business of healthcare is becoming increasingly more complex and uncertain.  There is no doubt that that physicians will continue to face major challenges such as declining reimbursements and market forces driving possible consolidation or employment by facilities or national staffing companies.  Those practices who wish to remain successful, independent from hospital employment and able to recruit and retain quality physicians will need to pay even more attention to all of the business aspects of their practice.  The practices that wish to remain successful and independent from hospital employment will have to focus not only the income and expenses of their practice, but will also need to think strategically, set goals in line with their strategy, and put processes in place to ensure the execution needed to achieve those goals.  Cadence Practice Management, LLC was formed to help physician practices achieve these very goals.
