Levels of Service

From my years of experience managing physician practices, I firmly believe that clients get the most value when an ongoing management arrangement is in place and Cadence can act as a true business partner of the group.  At this level of service, Cadence would help the group with any and all of the issues within its contracted scope of services that arise.  Cadence would also attend the group’s monthly meetings to report on the progress of any outstanding projects and advise on any new issues that have come up.  All of these services would be included within the monthly management fee which would be determined based on factors such as which services are contracted for, practice size, etc. 

Cadence can also provide services on a defined project basis for those clients who may need assistance with only a small number of identified business challenges.
